Each client’s appointment is important to me. I want to give your service the time and attention it deserves. As a result, I respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or make changes to your appointment time. Failing to give 24-hour notice will result in a 50% charge. Any no-shows will be charged 100% of their service amount. CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy At Mist, we take pride in delivering outstanding service and respecting the time of both our valued clients and dedicated stylists. To ensure the utmost efficiency and satisfaction, we have established the following comprehensive Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: No-Show Policy: Your scheduled appointment is a reservation for a valuable service. In the event of a no-show, where you do not attend the appointment without prior notice, you will be billed for 100% of the scheduled service price. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, however, arriving more than 15 minutes late for any scheduled service may likewise be considered a No-Show. In such cases, you will be billed for 100% of the scheduled service price. Cancellation Policy: Should you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within this timeframe will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price. Rescheduling Policy: Just as with cancellations, we kindly ask for your understanding in providing us with 24 hours’ notice should you need to reschedule your appointment. Any rescheduling made within this timeframe will be treated as a cancellation and will incur a fee of 50% of the service price. We firmly believe that these policies reflect our commitment to delivering exceptional service and maintaining a respectful environment for all.
